In our 11th Year, the ProAction Hockey League began in 2008 / 2009 with 64 children and currently has grown to accommodate 148 youth players with many anxious players still hoping to join the league. Thanks to everyone who initiated this process and the continued generosity and support of all of our sponsors, ProAction Cops and Kids, City of Toronto, CT/Jumpstart, Victoria Village Hockey, the commitment of the Police Officers from 55 Division, and community youth volunteers to run a successful program and engagement with participants.

Our mandate is to provide kids, co-ed ranging in the age groups of 8 – 11 an opportunity to meet new friends, learn the values of being committed, dedicated, supportive, on and off ice development and a team player.  For some of our new players, trying to master the task of skating and playing hockey; is an opportunity they would never have a chance, to learn the hockey.

The PAHL program is an achievement towards the “building better communities” initiative, engaging the community with the Toronto Police Services.
